Solid Rock General Contracting: Financing

Solid Rock General Contracting, LLC offers several easy options to help you finance your building project. Each option is designed to provide an easy and affordable way to create the necessary improvements for your home or office.

Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, personal or company checks, cashiers check or money orders. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express, if you would prefer to pay by credit card.

And, in association with several local banking institutions, we will proudly refer you to a personal banker who, with a wide choice of financial products, can design a financing solution for you. We encourage you to contact us for the names of those banks and bankers who can be of most help to you. Please mention Solid Rock General Contracting when you call.

Terms: For all projects, we will present you with a proposal and an estimate of what your costs will be to complete the job. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we require a portion of the project to be paid for in advance. Depending on the project, this amount will be one third to one half of the total final estimate. The remaining payments will become due at intermediate points in the project and at completion of the work as specified in the Project Agreement.

We reserve the right to charge interest in the amount of 1.5% (18% annually) on any balance remaining after 30 days following completion of work.
